Established in 2022, Maptastic Limited is a Geospatial technology business based in Bradford, West Yorkshire. Our main focus developing & delivering instructor led courses using QGIS & Open Source Data. We are passionate about sharing knowledge and have extensive experience in the Environmental & Transportation Sectors in particular.

In 2024 we expanded on our consultancy portfolio to provide mapping & data support and consultancy to small to medium sized businesses.

Claire Birnie
I'm the founder of Maptastic Limited and am passionate about getting people hooked on Open Source Geospatial mapping & data. Whether it's a small part of your job or you're looking to upskill I've got the courses for you and your team.
Prior to launching Maptastic I spent many years in Environmental & Transport Consultancies as well as a stint in the Public Sector and would love to help small and medium sized companies utilise the wealth of Open Source Data within their businesses.
