Yes! You can purchase 1, or all of the templates for customisation. Individual templates cost £985 + vat. Pricing is shown on the product pages for the bundle discounts.

That depends on what you're looking to customise. Included in the templates is the addition of your logos and brand colours to the map & report outputs and design elements which suit your business. We can discuss your exact needs over the phone or by email and if they're not included then I will provide a quote to include them.

The video tutorials should be able to answer most of your questions on how to use the template and create data. However, if you're struggling please get in touch by email so I can troubleshoot and make sure you're back on track in no time.

Yes, you only need to purchase templates for your business and you can use it within your team. The cost is not per person, it is intended for use by freelancers and small consultancies. You can't share outside your organisation, copy or sell it.

The templates in the Ecologists Data Collection Toolkit are designed to be stand alone and not licenced under a subscription. The Ecologists Data Collection Toolkit is built within the latest Long Term Release of QGIS and will work on a standard laptop. If you have any questions please reach out. If you are using the templates on QFIELD or Mergin Maps you will need a compatible smartphone or tablet.

The following basemaps are pre-loaded into the template for contextual purposes - Google satellite, Google satellite hybrid and Open street map. Please note, these are not intended for use when creating detailed or accurate data for habitats within Biodiversity Net Gain. It is important you use client data of recent surveys from a surveyor or other accurate spatial data. If you cannot access those you can purchase Ordnance Survey MasterMap from a number of partners online. It is your responsibility to understand how to create quality spatial data - the template has guidance PDFs and videos to assist you.

Yes, well as secure as your system is. Once you've purchased your templates you will be using it on your setup. Your data is created by you and stored by you, I won't have access to or use any of your data.
