Normally I send back drafts for feedback within a week following receiving the information needed to complete the work. The more notice given ensures I can plan in your project to meet any external deadlines. When you provide the survey information I will provide timescales of when you can expect drafts back.

Indicative pricing is on the relevant Digital Mapping pages to give you an idea of the cost and I will provide a quote to you based on the site information provided. If you have a site you need costs for please send the information through for me to send pricing.

I am available for new regular mapping clients as well as ad-hoc mapping. I can get you onboarded when you're ready!

The digital mapping service costs include JPEG or PDF outputs and don't include sending the QGIS workspace. If requested I will export the data in a geospatial format for you to load into QGIS yourself.

Quotes are based on the information provided and if work hasn't begun I can amend the quote based on new information. If the client has changed the site information and I've completed work get in touch and I can assess what the additional charges will be.

Yes, the digital mapping services are a Master framework agreement which is an umbrella contract that sets out the rules, terms, ordering process and pricing that apply to multiple service deliveries of the Digital Mapping Services I offer. The benefits are to protect both parties as one agreement rather than negotiating a complete new contract for each transaction each party agrees to foundation terms once and then each order - called a "Call off order" is executed within that framework. ​ An example framework agreement is here.(www.maptastic.co.uk/digital-mapping-services-terms) There is no obligation to order/commission a set number or minimum number of services.
