There’s nothing I love more than showing people how to mess about with maps. But, of course, it’s so much more than just the maps themselves. These courses take you through the data, context, and the joy of creating a map that communicates exactly what you need without a single written or typed word.

A one day course, led by me, that’ll teach you the fundamentals of geospatial data, tech, and software
Learn the fundamentals of GIS and sector-specific workflows to support your work in ecology and conservation including Biodiversity Net Gain.
A 1 day course to develop existing skills or a 2 day course for beginners in all things BNG mapping
Take modules from the ‘off the shelf’ courses and merge them together. Add in bespoke modules if you like and I’ll tailor the whole thing to your organisation’s specific skill gaps.

Sounds great, how much do they cost
My online public courses are designed to be accessible from a solo freelancer to larger businesses with no minimum number of people needed for the course to run. If one person books on, the course goes ahead!
If you’ve got a group of people who’d like to book onto training the cost per person gets discounted the more people you have in a single session in the table below. For groups of 3 or more you can choose a date that suits you too.
