Master Framework Agreement for Services

Services are under a Master framework agreement which is an umbrella contract that sets out the rules, terms, ordering process and pricing that apply to multiple service deliveries of the  Services I offer. Rather than negotiating a complete new contract for each transaction each party agrees to foundation terms once and then each order - called a "Call off order" is executed within that framework.
